Working Principle of Dewatering Screen

Dewatering screen adopts double motor self-synchronization technology, universal eccentric block, adjustable amplitude vibrator. Through the tape coupling respectively drive two mutually unrelated vibrators for synchronous reverse operation. The centrifugal force generated by the two sets of eccentric mass along the vibration direction of the superposition of the centrifugal force, reverse centrifugal offset, thus forming a single vibration along the vibration direction of the vibration, so that the sieve box to do reciprocating linear motion. After the material enters the screen surface, under the action of the exciting force, it quickly disperses and moves forward on the screen surface, meanwhile, the liquid and fine particles are discharged through the screen holes, and the larger particles stay on the screen surface, so as to realize the dewatering, desliming, demixing, and other screening treatment of the material.
