Working Principle of BLL Spiral Chute

In use the spiral chute stand up, calibrate the vertical line, with an iron frame or wood fixed in a suitable position, uniform slurry through the first end of the spiral chute installed in the feed chute slowly to the spiral chute surface, for sorting. The tail end of the spiral chute is equipped with a valve block-type product interceptor, which divides the sorted products into three kinds along the radial direction according to the grade. The position of the valve block is adjusted to change the intercepted width of each product, and the product gathering hopper will gather and export the intercepted multi-head ore flow separately. Concentrate flows into the concentrate hopper and is piped out, and the tailing sand flows into the tailing hopper and is piped into the sand pool, and is then discharged by sand pump, which completes the whole process of ore dressing.
